Why should I buy from The Game Shelf?
The Game Shelf is a proudly local business based in South Western Sydney (Camden / Narellan area). We strive to provide an excellent range of games at great prices, and top-notch customer service.
Our vision is to one day open up a brick & mortar store to service the region. All profits are reinvested back into the business to expand our range, build our brand, and work towards this vision.

How does shipping work?
We use Sendle as our shipping service - they have many delivery partners that they work with to send parcels around Australia.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. For Sydney metro, shipping can be as low as $7. Regional & rural areas will incur additional cost.
We aim to package and send out orders within 2 business days, but we'll let you know if there are any delays. When the order is sent, you'll receive a tracking number to track the order.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not currently, and no plans to at this moment.
What's your returns policy?
We are happy to provide an exchange or refund for your order. You can email us at sales@thegameshelf.com.au with the order number to arrange a return, subject to these conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned sealed, unused and in re-sellable condition
- The product was not a part of a clearance sale
- You agree to be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return
Do you have this game in stock?
All games available for purchase on our site are considered in-stock. We will let you know by email in the rare case of any issues or delays.
If you are looking for a game that isn't on our site, we would love to know about it! Drop us an email at sales@thegameshelf.com.au and we can look into adding it to our stock range.
Can I pre-order a game?
We haven't added the ability to pre-order yet, but keep an eye out as we continue to develop the site.
Are you closed over the holidays?
Yes - we are closed between 1 to 15 January 2024. During this time, we will not be taking new orders, but check back in from 15 January 2024!
